Orders & Production

How long does it take to produce my order?

Each canvas print is made to order by our fulfilment partner, Gelato. Please allow 2–6 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because production begins quickly, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check your order and shipping address carefully before placing it. If you have an urgent concern, contact us as soon as possible at lizaedwards7@hotmail.com.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 3–8 business days. Remote and regional areas may require additional time. From the time you place your order, please allow approximately 5–14 business days in total to receive your artwork.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

What if I order multiple artworks?

If you order more than one artwork, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for this.

Print Quality & Materials

What are the prints made on?

All artworks are printed on premium canvas using high-quality archival inks, designed to last for decades without fading.

Will the colours look exactly like on screen?

We do our best to ensure accurate colour representation, but slight variations can occur due to monitor calibration differences. Our prints are colour-managed to stay as true to the original artwork as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because each canvas print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If this was unfortunately your experience, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at lizaedwards7@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo taken on delivery clearly showing the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. You do not need to return the item.

How long do refunds take?

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund after approval.

Care & Display

How should I care for my canvas print?

To keep your canvas looking its best for years to come:

  • Hang away from direct sunlight to prevent fading over time
  • Avoid humid environments such as bathrooms or near cooking areas
  • Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth — do not use water or cleaning products directly on the canvas
  • Handle by the frame or edges to avoid pressure marks on the canvas surface
  • Keep away from extreme temperature fluctuations
