Our Commitment Every artwork is printed to order with care. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund We do not require items to be physically returned. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at lizaedwards7@hotmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo clearly showing the issue

We'll assess your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Change of Mind As each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Non-Returnable Items Items cannot be returned for any reason other than being faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund after approval.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please contact us at lizaedwards7@hotmail.com to initiate this process.
