All artworks are printed to order by our fulfilment partner, Gelato. Please allow 2–6 business days for production, after which your order will be dispatched.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery within Australia typically takes 3–8 business days. Remote and regional areas may require additional time. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Total Estimated Timeframe From the time you place your order, please allow approximately 5–14 business days to receive your artwork.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped using trusted local carriers, which may include Australia Post.

Multiple Items If you order more than one artwork, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping for this.

Order Changes & Cancellations Because each piece is made to order, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once production has begun. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo at lizaedwards7@hotmail.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
